Dark Matter Diamond Ring 18K White Gold

The Dark Matter Ring is crafted from 18K white gold using electroplating to become black color. This is our first attempt to utilize black electroplated 18K white gold, creating a distinctive black ring adorned with diamonds.

When it came to naming this piece, I deliberated for a long time before deciding on "Dark Matter." Dark matter has always been a mysterious presence in the universe—something we cannot see, touch, or even directly detect at present. Yet, scientists tirelessly pursue its study. Much like the groundbreaking discoveries in quantum mechanics a century ago revolutionized humanity, the exploration of dark matter may one day lead to even greater transformations.

This unique black ring symbolizes our reverence for the unknown in science. In life, we often encounter confusion, challenges, and things we cannot comprehend. But these should never deter us. Facing the unknown head-on, we will one day understand it—or even overcome it.
