Domestic orders are shipped with signature required delivery. We are unable to ship without signature required delivery.
International orders are shipped insured signature required delivery. Delivery windows vary by country. Please note any applicable duties imposed by the country we are shipping to are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to calculate any duties which may be imposed and we do not collect duties at the time of sale.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We currently do not accept returns, however our number one priority is that you love your new piece of jewelry. If you are unsure about any aspect of a piece, or are buying a gift, please contact us prior to making a purchase we are more than happy to assist. We are available via info@jewelry.com. If you have received your jewelry and have an issue with your piece, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We are always happy to send additional photos and details, or talk through a particular piece through email prior to purchasing. In the case that you receive an item that simply does not work for you, please contact us.
